Fixes bug preventing [InlineData] from running properly.
Improves support for abstract test classes in NUnit
Fixes bug where continuation didn't work if the file had been opened in a transient tab.
Rerun Alive when a document is closed and the results are lost and then re-opened.

Fix bug preventing recursive dependencies from being emitted correctly.
Show error when present even if there are no results.
