spm-pinn

Integrating a Single Particle Model (physics-based lithium ion battery model) with solid diffusion modeled by Physics Informed Neural Networks.

This repository attempts a similar SPM-PINN model architecture proposed by:

Wu, Bin & Zhang, Buyi & Deng, Changyu & Lu, Wei. (2022). Physics-encoded deep learning in identifying battery parameters without direct knowledge of ground truth. Applied Energy. 321. 119390. 10.1016/j.apenergy.2022.119390.
