Testing follower functionality of MB stake pool from the non-stake pool runs

@joncinque just testing some runs with this change right now. Is there a difference in the db structure between stake pool and non stake pool, assuming the delegation logic params are identical?

Nothing is changed on the database side, so technically if you run stake-o-matic for stake pool and not-a-stake-pool at the same time, they should generate the exact same database
