这样改固定高度后 resize 边框就不会跟着动了 |
这个issue就是因为给了固定高度，resize后自动改为auto,导致给的固定高度不生效 |
@MadCcc 大佬，我看单测就是resize后自动变为auto,所以这还算是bug吗 |

现在的这个逻辑不太好，先回滚了，边框样式还是直接给到 textarea 元素比较好 |
