Update htmllive target to match CPython (python/cpython#124219).

The ensure-sphinx-autobuild target isn't used, it was refactored into _ensure-sphinx-autobuild.

Re-use variables for make and build.

Fix make spellcheck to match make lint (missed in #3891).
