Added Widget for performance-based all time high

The current „distance to all time high” has two drawbacks:

• It works on prices (i.e. doesn′t take into account dividends etc.).
• It works only with single securities, e.g. not with your entire portfolio.

This PR adaptes title/tooltips of the existing widget to clarify that this is price based and, more importantly, adds a similar second widget that works based on a PerformanceIndex so one can calculate a distance to the all time high based on the performance. This works also for your entire portfolio (or classifications, etc.).
