Job Boards

Intersectional

  • Blendoor : a job-matching app that hides candidates' name, photo, gender and race information, only highlighting what's relevant to the job listing, like professional history and educational background.
  • Jopwell : a career advancement platform for Black, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American students and professionals.
  • Limbo : an open & anonymous job platform for quietly looking for a new role. Hides candidates' name, gender and race information. Allows users to optionally identify as members of an underrepresented group.
  • People Of Color In Tech (POCIT) : A patreon-supported independent community job board for people of color in technology. The site includes job postings and advice columns.
  • Tech Connection : a recruitment platform dedicated to improving the success rates of underrepresented talents.

Gender focused

  • Anita Borg Institute : a global nonprofit organization that aims to recruit, retain, and advance women in technology.
  • Career Women : connecting qualified Career Women with professional opportunities.
  • FairyGodBoss : Fairygodboss helps women get hard-to-ask questions answered ( eg. pay, corporate culture, benefits and work flexibility). The platform offers company ratings, job listings, discussion boards and career advice.
  • Find My Flock : a recruiting company built by and for gender-diverse developers with a mentorship-focused learning program.
  • Hackbright Academy : an online platform dedicated to giving women of diverse backgrounds the power and skills to build a long and successful career in the tech industry.
  • Hire Tech Ladies : a community for women in tech.
  • Lane : Lane by Women2.0 caters specifically to women in tech, posting vetted jobs for engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Mogul : a platform for women around the world.
  • Mother Coders : MotherCoders is expanding the tech talent pool by helping women with kids gain the skills, knowledge, and connections they need to thrive in today's digital economy.
  • NCWIT : the National Center for Women & Information Technology
  • Power To Fly : PowerToFly strives to connect accomplished women with jobs that actually lead to work-life balance.

  • The Muse : the Muse’s readership is 65% women, and 77% of its candidates have graduate degrees.

  • Lesbians Who Tech : a Community of Queer Women in or around tech (and the people who love them).
  • Techtonica : Techtonica partners with tech companies to provide free tech training, living stipends, and job placement to women and non-binary, feminine-adjacent adults in need in the Bay Area.
  • Trans*H4CK : TransHack focuses on creating technology to empower the transgender community.

  • Be Visible : BeVisible allows Latinxs to connect to peers, mentors, and resources — including recruiters from top universities and companies.

  • Mi Casa : Mi Casa has been dedicated to advancing the economic success of Latino and working families in the Denver Metro area.

Veteran Community focused

  • Girl Develop It : a nonprofit organization that exists to provide affordable and judgment-free opportunities for women interested in learning web and software development.
