JS+API Meetup-1: Catching Pokemons with Nodal and Express

In this release, I used Nodal, Express, and the MapBox API to store pokemons, create a client, and map pokemons. This release has the basic functionality of how to catch pokemons based on the user's location. If the user is too far from the pokemon, he/she will be unsuccessful in catching them.
