Still doing some testing. The automation that ran was from the main branch, so I think I need a new branch to test that workflow. |

This PR modifies the package building workflow to produce a signed distribution package instead of a signed component package. This aims to help administrators who intend to use the MDM
InstallApplicationcommand to distribute Escrow Buddy.Resolves #12.
