Das Adminportal ist den Administratoren der Anwendung vorbehalten. Hier ist der komplette Workflow um eine Zählstelle, oder eine Zählung anzulegen abgebildet. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Zähldienstleister wird über dieses Portal abgewickelt.
