create a .env file to declare common variables

DECLARE THESE VARIABLES IN .ENV FILE PORT MONGO_URI,JWT_SECRET,JWT_LIFETIME !

Npm install to get packages

This api allows get the requests from user such as login,register,upload,like etc.
