geotools4postgis

just import and export the geojson or shpfile throught postgis by geotools; jdk 1.8 is required

要求：postgres数据库添加postgis扩展

实现功能：geojson，shp文件导入到postgis数据库；postgis数据库导出geojson或者shp格式数据，功能性代码只有两个类文件。

文件路径名称判断和日志可自己配置更改

maven项目，基于2018年6月份geotools 18.4版本，要求jdk1.8
