Disable boxlang tests

Local testing of boxlang with fw/1 also failed to account for subsystems and would not run the introduction code

Disabling to eliminate confusion about passing tests that aren't really passing (will need to add a check for errors in the output and return 1 to cause the workflow to fail to the tests as well)
