From a discussion in Slack, some commands when run in unprivleged mode require a
sudo -u elastic-agent-userprefix.See Knowledge Base article for reference.
ADD: This also updates the command reference to mark the
elastic-agent privilegedandelastic-agent unprivilegedas in technical preview mode, since I forgot to do that in #1244This is an automatic backport of pull request #1245 done by Mergify.
