**Problem:** In elastic/docs#2752, we updated the URL prefix (`welcome-to-elastic`) and name for the "Welcome to Elastic Docs" docs. However, we still have some stray links that use the old `/welcome-to-elastic` URL prefix **Solution:** Updates an outdated link. (cherry picked from commit d43fb12)

Since this is a community submitted pull request, a Jenkins build has not been kicked off automatically. Can an Elastic organization member please verify the contents of this patch and then kick off a build manually? |
