Overview
As part of the serverless documentation project, this PR adds a getting-started MDX file to the serverless Java client documentation. The serverless client docs will have unified getting started pages with the same structure and the same information to make it easier to find getting started info for users and ensure that the same level of support is provided by the docs for every client. The content in this PR creates the structure of the page but does not contain the example codes.
