Supports User Installed Commands
Added a dynamic support for user-installed commands. Also updated the documentation URLs and the documentation it self to provided a description for all new features.

Multi Database Support enhanced
This handler now allows a dynamic support between several SQL Databases and MongoDB.
Guild Installed Commands
Server Admins can now add custom commands with custom replys. There is also a default limit of 10 commands each server in the command code. Can be changed manually. Also the code will check if the command already exists or the bot already has a command like that. In one of the upcoming versions i might add a autocomplete setup to list all commands which have already been created. Also i will add a /custom-commands list command to list all existing commands in a server.
