Install the require Python Libraries from requirements.txt file using below command
pip install -r requirements.txt

pyvips requires some additional packages
visit this https://www.libvips.org/ to download the requirements for pyvips

I have not uploaded the whole data for normal ,reactive and processed images becuase it contain the data size more than 100mb and github does not allow it.
