A software for microscopic images batching, Starting as part of the project of Peking iGEM 2018.http://2018.igem.org/Team:Peking/Software
The code is written in python. You will need python 3.0+, PIL and openCV to run it if you want to read the source. What's more the file "config" and folder "rules" is needed for running.
If you just want to using the software, download "windows.rar" and uncompress. Then run "main.exe".
