@GarrettEHill I think the Modal component has changed enough to need to be re-implemented. It's unclear what else might need to be updated on the frontend. Switching to this branch and installing would take more than 30 minutes on my setup so it's hard to dip in and out of it.

Since the updates are involved, this might be a case for getting everything else in place and writing a separate ticket to update the frontend that can be handled either this sprint or next. Unless you want to give doing the Modal over a go.
