First transitional package 8.1.5

You will very likely never use this package, because I'm essentially changing too many things :-)

Unlike strict semantic versioning, this is actually a pre-release for 8.2.0, which breaks a bit of the API (nothing dramatic — just expect some slight changes...), but adds lots of new functionality. 8.2.0 will be compiled against an updated version of LibreMetaverse and will add a few more functions I'm working on. This, in turn, will also be a transitional package towards, well, 9.0.0, which, according to the principles of semantic versioning, will be a major upgrade in terms of API changes, meaning that code relying on XML emitted for the 8.X branch will very likely not work!

The reason behind these upcoming changes are manyfold and I'll address them in the 8.2.0 announcement 😸

Cleaning up things regarding licensing terms: apparently, this was released under the Affero General Public License, and not the Perl Artistic License (confusing!)
