TO GET THE CULTURE RIGHT . . .讓文化正確

  • 1 Trust in Radical Truth and Radical Transparency 信仰激進的真相和激進的透明度
    • 1.1 Realize that you have nothing to fear from knowing the truth. 要知道,知道真相並沒有什麼好害怕的。
    • 1.2 Have integrity and demand it from others. 要當一個正直的人,然後也要求其他人也當一個正直的人。
      • a. Never say anything about someone that you wouldn’t say to them directly and don’t try people without accusing them to their faces. 永遠不要對你不會直接接觸的人說任何事情,也不要隔空指責他人。
      • b. Don’t let loyalty to people stand in the way of truth and the well-being of the organization. 不要讓人的忠誠阻擋到真相與組織的福祉。

  • 6 Recognize How to Get Beyond Disagreements 認識如何超越分歧

    • 6.2 Make sure people don’t confuse the right to complain, give advice, and openly debate with the right to make decisions.確保人們不要混淆投訴權,提供意見和公開辯論的權利作出決定。

  • 7 Remember That the WHO Is More Important than the WHAT 記住 WHO 比WHAT更重要
    • 7.1 Recognize that the most important decision for you to make is who you choose as your Responsible Parties. 認知到您最重要的決定,是您選擇誰進入責任方。
      • a. Understand that the most important RPs are those responsible for the goals, outcomes, and machines at the highest levels. 了解最重要的責任方,是對要目標、產出以及重複複製負最高責任。
  • 7.2 Know that the ultimate Responsible Party will be the person who bears the consequences of what is done. 知道最終的責任方將是承擔所做後果的人。

  • 8 Hire Right, Because the Penalties for Hiring Wrong Are Huge 雇用對的人,用錯了人,代價會極為慘重
    • 8.1 Match the person to the design. 將人與設計相匹配
      • a. Think through which values, abilities, and skills you are looking for (in that order). 想想你正在尋找哪些價值觀,能力和技能(按照這個順序)。
