The publication date of a Press Release is only displayed for localized websites (English/Chinese/Japanese) not for other translations. See for example https://www.w3.org/press-releases/2012/mlw-lt/

I thought that was because the label 'Published:' was not translated into other languages but the label 'Read this page in:' is displayed in all pages, in English by default.
