What needs to be done?

Create tests for the following scenarios in terms of permission testing:

  • anonymous (all CRUD functionalities) to be denied
  • reviewer for another course_evaluation (essentially, authenticated request, but not a - reviewer of the one being manipulated)

Other

This is originally related to #9. I created this task to close the original feature story, but still remain this as a need
