• Adding new templates
• Adding new tags
• Add a query to find posts that have empty/failed status in delivery status report but have a response added. The primary use case (needed right away) is to identify the posts that need to be sent (by clicking on delivery report). A secondary use case is to identify failures when identical media items are clustered. This secondary use case may be handled through a different implementation.

• Denny pushed the new manipulated templates to the dashboard prod.
• Approved and sent the response to the user.

@areeba-dau flagged an issue with conversation id 113643945 in Agent Assist.

This person sent a video with a caption. Their video is not on the dashboard. From looking at the agent assist chat history, it looks like they never got any automated response after sending the video+caption.

I am unable to recreate this. I sent a video with a caption and it shows up in the portal. I have posted this incident on the gupshup whatsapp group. Awaiting their response.

Gupshup sent test videos for the aforementioned missing query to our dashboard. I have kept one of them, as the user's query and the reset were deleted - 573, 570, 569, 566, 565, 564, 563, 562.
I have kept ONE query from thsi user - 568 so that DAU secratariat can review it and respond to the user.

The one test video by tattle - query ID 561 was also deleted.
