@mus-mus this issue would be a great one to start on!

The basic idea is to create a Rake task in the collect directory and run a scraping program against the website to pull out the IP addresses

You can see an example of using ruby nokogiri here, it should give an idea of a great start!

whatever questions you have, just let me know! I'll start putting together a larger project plan too, this is just a great starting task
