How can i load migrations without publising?

I want to run my packages migration without publising.
How can i achieve this?

From laravel-package-tools docs:

$package
    ->name('your-package-name')
    ->hasMigrations(['my_package_tables', 'some_other_migration'])
    ->runsMigrations();

In my case runsMigrations not work (migration non executed). I'm wrong with something or probably some version issues ?
