configure-skeleton.sh issue with command sed -e

Hi i was watching your video about laravel-remote
I decided to do a similar one for the company i work for
So i'm using this package as a template but the configure is not working
always returns this error:
sed: -e expression # 1, character 103: unknown option for the `s' (s ///?) command
And all the files it changes are empty after running the script.

I'm using Linux Mint 20.1 Cinnamon

And in your video that was just a few days ago the script worked
So it could be something on my machine that is causing this issue
