open a given remote by default?

Is there a way to tell the plugin to always open a given plugin? It does remember after I enter it the first time, but I restart vim frequently and have to type origin repeatedly. I'd prefer to be able to have it open origin by default unless I opt for one of the interactive commands.

Is there a way to do this that I'm missing? I didn't spot it in the readme.
