我的小狼毫版本于 rime/weasel 下载
我在使用小狼毫的最新发布版本，或最新发布版本后的 CI 构建

操作系统信息

OS 详细版本: [ 运行 winver.exe 获取，如 Windows 7]
小狼毫版本: [ 如 0.16.1]

描述遇到的问题
安装时出现 api-me-win-shcore-l1-1-1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

复现步骤
重现问题的步骤，如：

打开 weasel 0.16.1 安装 exe
按照步骤安装，期间移除了旧的版本
出现以上的错误信息并要求重启
重启之后，还是看不到小狼毫的输入法

预期行为
希望能解决以上的系统文件问题

用户文件
请于此附上 weasel 用户文件夹下的内容，方便开发者调试问题

Windows 7吗？不支持低于Windows 8.1的系统，最低要Windows 8.1
