I even cannot minimize it to the tskbar.

It doesnot go away even with reboot.

It even does not go away if I disable the mod classic-file-picker2 which apparently caused it. Once Windhawk is started, the window re-appears.

It happened sometimes for suspended processes before version 1.4, but it's no longer shown for suspended processes. See #102 (comment)

What's your Windhawk version?

It might be the case that UsoClient.exe isn't suspended, but there's some other problem, for example the mod becomes stuck during initialization. What's UsoClient.exe? As a workaround, you can exclude UsoClient.exe in the mod's advanced tab if it's not useful there.

Windhawk version is 1.4.1

Web says UsoClient is Update session Orchestrator but I have all updates disabled.
