Feature: An easier way to create collections from the dashboard

Like a lot of other database client UIs, we can have a + Collection button in the homepage, where a user can quickly create a new collection using a form based interface and start working on it, instead of going to the console.

Something like this:

This will open up a form where user can fill in basic details of the collection, and also have an advanced section for further configurations
