We publish Docker images for this tool on Docker Hub: https://hub.docker.com/r/qdrant/bfb/tags

This only includes AMD64. We should also release a version for ARM64.

Currently, image builds are managed for us by Docker Hub. Sadly we cannot configure it to build for ARM64 as well. Therefore we should handle image builds ourselves to make this possible. We'll likely want to replicate the GitHub Workflows we have in our main project.
