Problem: After clicking to the "Continue" button in wizard, loader background has latency in appearance from transparent to purple colour, but the next page appears immediately. It leads to flickering. It is especially noticeable for fast internet connection.

Solution: Show immediately purple background of loader after clicking to the "Continue" button.
