import "load" via destructuring will error out "parser undefined" #10

const {load} = require('rss-to-json');
load(url, (err,res)=>{});
/*TypeError: $.parser is not a function
    at /.../rss-to-json/src/rss.js:28:28*/

A simple change to the structure of the code fixes this. Will submit PR.
