Signed Playback URL value in UI doesn't always match API call payload

Hi! Are others able to reproduce this?

1. Upload a video with "Signed Playback URL" set to "ON"
2. Go to upload a second video. See that "Signed Playback URL" still appears to be set to "ON". Hit "Save" without interacting with the "Signed Playback URL" toggle.
3. In the Network tab, see signed: false in the payload of the submitDirectUpload call

For now, I'm telling our client to always toggle the switch back to "OFF" and then "ON" again, but it would be really nice if this experience were more intuitive!

Thanks for filing @kelihansen -- looks like indeed a bug with the Strapi integration. When we have a cycle to do some updates on the CMS integration we'll make sure this gets in
