Hi,

i am trying to migrate data from Azure devops server 2020 to Azure devops services and i am getting the following error:

Common.Validation.ValidationException: An unexpected error occurred while validating project permissions ---> Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.Common.VssUnauthorizedException: VS30063: You are not authorized to access

please see the log attached:

1. as i am using a PAT i am not sure why i am getting this exception.
2. i am connecting to Azure Devops Server via HTTP

any help will be most appreciated.
