Component Suggestion: Spinner/Loader

It would be convenient to have a spinner or loader component to indicate that items are loading in the Admin UI in a consistent way.

Hi @olavurdj, thanks for the suggestion. What we do ourselves is to use the <Spinner /> icon from @medusajs/icons, and slap a className="animate-spin" on it. But might make sense to extract this into a component 👍

Could be useful with at variation with a loading message as well - just to keep it consistent. :)

Sorry for slight off topic, but is there any roadmap/plan for upcoming components? I'd be happy to contribute if possible.

@olavurdj There aren't any roadmap for this project atm. Components are added ad-hoc if we see the need for adding new ones. But if/when we have a backlog of components we want to add, I'll make sure to add them as issues, we always appreciate contributions 😄
