Core skill mentors currently get very little recognition #47

being able to mentor someone new to TDD is not covered by core skills

Is some sort of badge around this a good approach?

Is this a generic thing or would we need to define specifics for each core skill?

I see mentoring and coaching as fundamental skills for our teams given the work we do. That said you might argue for the need to train coaching/mentoring skills and recognise when someone achieves.

Yea see that - we’ve got a lot of great mentors.

How do we recognise that? Is there anything specific we look for that people can aspire to.
