Packages upgraded by a PPA repository are downgraded to Ubuntu/Mint version in the first foreign packages fix phase before upgrade. The packages are then upgraded to the PPA version for Ubuntu 22.04 during the upgrade phase. During the second foreign packages fix phase, the packages are then downgraded again from PPA version to the upgraded Ubuntu/Mint version. Attached the full mintupgrade log as of version 2024.07.26.2
