feature request: Update <title> with the hex code of the colours #17

At the outset, thanks so much for this tool! ✨

As I'm going through the various random ones here, I'm bookmarking them for later use. The permalinks are really useful for this.

The one thing I'd like to have is that the title be automatically updated with the hex colours so that the bookmark become unique
