What exactly is the problem, that you have?
I tried now to download a map, and I did not have any problem connecting to the server.
What is the map, that you try to download, or when did you get this message?
Maybe it was a temporary issue with the server, or you did not have an internet connection?

When I open the map list Screen where we can download any map, there is no map for download and array list for map showing empty and then I received a message in toast "No connection to server". My internet connection always enables. During this error, I have checked my internet connection multiple times.

the state of west virginia just downloaded and extracted without issue in the app.
do you have anything that could be blocking your connection to the server? a firewall or anyting that might've been blacklisted by it?

i believe this is the server address, it is from the source published here.

can you access that on your phone browser?
can you access if on your pc browser?

Are you blocking app permissions, using mobile data saver or any other app to control data access or sleep?

If not. I'm out of ideas, remove and reinstall maybe another version

If possible you can also provide a logcat output via adb after this issue occurs?
Also interesting: did you install via PlayStore or F-Droid?
And (as requested from @feelingwalnut) do you have any app that may block internet connections? (was often an issue)

My Android version is 11 and I have clone Pocketmap from github and then installed. Others task who required Internet work properly but pocketmap show message "No connection to server". One Thing is that All android type of versions have same errors.
