可以使用ssl_certificate和ssl_certificate_key 指定多个秘钥和证书，openssl通过读取秘钥和证书解析可知道是rsa还是国密，还是加密证书等。可以参考gmssl最新版实现方法。有一种场景服务器同时支持国密和rsa,根据浏览器不同访问不同。
还有https代理时候前后端都用国密，得支持
