using drawip-desktop can I from a script / the command line import from a csv have the diagram rendered and then exported to svg or html

I have lots of formatted csv files that I would like to import into draw.io have it render the diagrams and then export them back out as either and image like SVG or better yet for my purpose an HTML file.

I have seem a few commands line examples but I can not seem to get them to work.
I can use the Arrange >> Import >> Advanced options in draw.io to render my txt files, but I need a way to automate this using PowerShell or c# without requiring any user input.

Any advice would be much apricated :)
