Describe the bug / Reproduce
Creating a note with a word like "可能" will output pinyin and ruby like this

Expected behavior
Should produce ruby like this

Specs (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows
Anki Version v2.1.48
Chinese Support Version v0142

Additional context
Supporting apostrophe in pinyin might be a good idea
