Minor, but AMI Name should tell me what version of Ubuntu I'm using, what version of the baseline, and the description field should link to a GitHub page where we list what changed since the last baseline version.

Maybe tags for that metadata? Packer supports tagging the image and 'what version of the baseline' has implications for valuable automation information beyond the description.
