Do we need a footer?
Do we have a couple of links to add there with some disclaimer or not enough to justify a footer?

I would say yes. Footer would normally be where we dump things like:

  • Copyright notice
  • Attribution
  • Links to various policies (terms of service, cookies, privacy)
  • Contact info

That's entirely up to you, though (except maybe the cookies and privacy policies, if you're using any sort of tracking/analytics and need to be GDPR-compliant).
