The ppublic ElasticsearchNode SubscribeLines function that takes in an IConsoleLineWriter and delegates for OnNext, OnError and OnCompleted does not set the _startedHandle private field.

Is this expected behaviour, or just something that has been missed. The _startedHandle field is set in both the OnError and OnCompleted cases.
