This issue is to implement the first part converting OTel span to Elastic transaction/span.
Subsequent issues will handle mapping technology specific (HTTP, DB, etc.) properties from OTel to Elastic.

Implementation notes:

  • We should instrument Sdk\Trace and Sdk\Trace\Span
