Notifications per rule

I would like to request a new feature. It would be great if I could enable notifications for individual rules only, or exclude rules from notifications.

This would certainly be useful. How do you propose the UI would be changed to accommodate this functionality?

I would probably just add a "suppress notification" checkbox to each rule, which is unchecked by default. This would reflect the status quo and also migrate all users over to the new system without any changes.

Then you would enable notifications like today, and then being able to suppress notifications on individual rules.
